What we do
Capital Hill Finance is a finance broker for businesses. We arrange finance for business use, for ABN holders: trucks, trailers, equipment, commercial vehicles and business cashflow.
Many of the people who come to us have already heard no somewhere else. Their ABN is new, their financials aren’t done, they’ve had a credit problem in the past, or they’re buying privately or buying an older asset. Banks often have fixed rules for these situations. Specialist lenders have different ones.
How we work
- We look at the whole picture. What the business does, how it’s trading, the asset, and what’s happened before. Not only a credit score.
- We work with specialist lenders. Our panel is made up of non-bank lenders, each with its own rules on ABN age, documents, credit history, asset age and private sales.
- We’re clear about costs. Before you sign, we tell you in writing the lender, the rate, the repayment, any fee we charge and the commission we receive, in dollars.
Who we help
Sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts with an ABN, borrowing for the business.
We don’t arrange personal or consumer loans. Personal car loans: we don’t arrange these, but we can refer you to a trusted partner.
