Service Description
Capital Hill Finance is a registered Australian business and is an authorised credit representative (Credit Representative 569305) of Fintelligence Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 511803 and arranges commercial asset and equipment finance for business borrowers. We collect your finance enquiry, assess your requirements, and arrange finance from a panel of accredited Australian lenders. Capital Hill Finance is not itself a lender or credit provider; any credit contract you enter is between you and the lender.
No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute or guarantee any finance approval. Any credit assessment, lending decision and finance offer is made by a credit provider, not by Capital Hill Finance. Approval is entirely at the credit provider's discretion and subject to their lending criteria.
Referral Arrangement & Fees
Our service is free to you — Capital Hill Finance does not charge you any application fee, brokerage fee, or service fee. We are remunerated by the lender via commission when a finance contract settles. The commission does not alter the terms or rate of the credit product offered to you. We will disclose the commercial arrangement in writing as required under NCCP regulations.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information in a credit application may result in your application being declined, finance being withdrawn, or legal consequences under applicable legislation.
Credit Assessment
All finance applications are subject to the lender's credit assessment and approval. This may include identity verification, credit checks, assessment of your financial position, and verification of asset details. By proceeding with a formal application, you consent to these assessments being conducted.
Interest Rates and Quotes
Any interest rates displayed on this website or communicated during initial discussions are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Actual rates are determined by the lender based on your individual circumstances, credit profile, asset type and loan structure.
Finance Calculator
The finance calculator on this website provides estimates only. Calculator results do not constitute a quote, offer of finance, or pre-approval. Actual repayments may differ based on the lender's assessment, fees, charges and the final approved interest rate. The calculator does not account for establishment fees, monthly account fees, or other lender charges that may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Hill Finance is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on this website, delays in finance approval or settlement, decisions made by lenders regarding your application, or any indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law

If you are not satisfied with how Capital Hill Finance has handled your complaint about our credit assistance, you may escalate it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at no cost to you. Capital Hill Finance Pty Ltd is an AFCA member (membership 114684) as required of credit assistance providers.
